ENERGY
- Switch off unnecessary lights during lunch breaks
- Lower air-conditioner usage in event and office areas by 30-50% during lunch breaks
- Set air-conditioner thermostats at 25 degrees Celsius
- Install sunshield window film to reduce heat throughout QSNCC
- Install an Energy Management unit in the Control Room
- Install sensors to power down escalators automatically when not in use
ENVIRONMENT
- Install digital signs to display meeting room information instead of paper/plastic signage
- Increase green areas throughout the exterior grounds by planting trees and shrubs
- Use left-over fruit and vegetables to make Effective Micro-organisms (EM) for use on trees and plants within QSNCC and to give to employees and visitors for their own environmental action

ISO 20121 : 2012 Event Sustainability Management System
Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, managed by N.C.C. Management & Development Co., Ltd., has received the ISO 20121 - Event Sustainability Management System certification since 2023. This achievement reflects our commitment to sustainable management practices that create value for the environment, society, and economy. It aligns with the sustainable development policies and direction of N.C.C. Management & Development Co., Ltd.

N.C.C. Management & Development Co., Ltd. has been continuously certified with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System since 2018. ISO 22000 : 2018 Food Safety Management System
N.C.C. Management and Development Co., Ltd. has been continuously certified with the ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system since 2022. This certification covers the quality and safety of food throughout the entire food chain, from food producers, transporters, and storage providers to distributors and other related entities. It ensures that the food produced and distributed is safe for consumers.
Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System
N.C.C. Management and Development Co., Ltd. has been continuously certified in Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP) since 2022. TIS 22300 : 2551 MICE Security Management System
N.C.C. Management and Development Co., Ltd. is committed to maintaining strict security standards to ensure customer safety and improve their experience at Queen Sirikit Center. Since 2023, we have consistently met safety management system requirements for organizing meetings, seminars, and exhibitions under TIS 22300:2008.
Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) 22300:2008 provide detailed guidelines for effective safety and security management. This includes protocols for preparing for incidents, coordinating emergencies efficiently, responding promptly, and implementing strong recovery strategies. These measures are crucial for keeping business operations running smoothly and fostering trust and satisfaction among our customers.
Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration
N.C.C. Management and Development Co., Ltd. remains unwavering in its dedication to safeguarding public health and delivering outstanding service. We place utmost importance on ensuring our customers' confidence in hygiene safety and their overall experience at QSNCC.Since 2022, we has been certified with the SHA and SHA Plus standards.

Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, managed by N.C.C. Management & Development Co., Ltd., has received the 2023 Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) certification from the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). This certification spans three categories: meeting rooms, exhibition venues, and special event venues, underscoring the center's capability to host events of all types and scales, both nationally and internationally.
